Al began his real estate career in 1988 in the commercial real estate industry. Throughout the years, Al diversified into residential real estate and mortgage loans while maintaining his investor relations. He's experienced many different types of market trends over the years and has successfully maintained a loyal client data base. He's helped buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Riverside County for over 18 years. His client-first philosophy along with his desire to consistently keep up with market and technology trends leverages him against the competition. He was a RE/MAX agent for over 10 years and proudly epitomizes the very type of agent they're known for: experienced outstanding agents with the ability to provide maximum results.

 

Today, Al Villegas is the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Homes & Estates in Orange. Although he still works with buyers and sellers, he also has a team of professionals to help every type of buyer and seller with all their real estate needs.

 

He met his wife, Zulma, in 2004 and she joined his business in 2005. She has had experience managing small businesses over the last 16 years. Today she runs the Property Management Division helping to preserve and increse the value of the rental properties they manage. She also works with buyers and sellers alike helping them acheive their goal of finding their dream home.
